Clarity, and Care That Actually Listens
OUR APPROACHI became a naturopath because I know what it's like to be told your results are fine when you don't feel fine - and because I've seen how much it changes things when someone finally takes the time to look at your whole story.
My approach combines evidence-based naturopathy - nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle support and functional testing where appropriate - with genuinely thorough, whole-person care. Together, we look at how your symptoms, hormones, digestion and lifestyle connect, so you understand what's happening in your body and know exactly what to do about it.
My why.
I've never found it easy to make sense of conflicting health advice, and I know how overwhelming it can be trying to work out what's actually right for you.
I've also had my own experience of being told my irregular cycles were PCOS, with the pill offered as the main solution, without much explanation of what was actually going on.
Exploring this further myself - through functional testing and targeted nutrition and supplements - has shaped the way I now practise. I don't want my clients to have to sift through endless, conflicting information the way I once did.
I want them to understand their bodies, feel properly heard, and know which changes are actually worth making for them.
LIVE HEALTHIER CLINICHow we can work together.
-
Personalised, one-on-one support for your hormones, digestion, cycles, skin and energy.
Every consultation starts with understanding your full health picture - symptoms, history, lifestyle and any existing test results - before building a treatment plan around nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements and lifestyle changes that actually fit your life.
-
For clients who want more consistent support than individual appointments allow.
These tailored three- or six-month packages include regular consultations, review of relevant test results, and voice-note support between appointments, so you're never left wondering what to do or how you're tracking in between visits.
-
Education sessions on hormones, gut health and naturopathy more broadly, designed to help you understand your body rather than just follow instructions.
Whether delivered to a small group or a wider audience, workshops are a chance to explore a topic in more depth and ask questions in a supportive environment.
-
I partner with brands, businesses and content creators on collaborations, campaigns and community initiatives around women's hormonal and digestive health.
If you're looking for an evidence-based naturopathic voice for your brand or platform, I'd love to hear from you.
Why choose us?
Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, Diploma of Health Science (Nutrition), registered with the NHAA, and registered as a Nutritional Therapist.
Qualified and registered
I take the time to look at your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle, medications and test results together, rather than treating one symptom in isolation.
A whole-person approach
Your treatment plan is built around your results, your life and what's actually achievable for you. You’ll never receive a a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Personalised, not generic
I’m here to support you alongside your existing care. I will collaborate with your chosen GP, specialists and any current treatment, not instead of it.
alongside your existing careA little more about me
-
I grew up in England and moved to Australia in my early twenties - which is where I first discovered naturopathy and knew straight away it was the direction I wanted to take my career.
-
I love good food, but I'm hopeless at following a recipe properly. I always end up changing half the ingredients and sneaking extra veggies or herbs into whatever I'm making.
-
I'm a qualified ski and surf instructor, and I'm happiest somewhere close to the mountains or the ocean - ideally both.
I love exploring new places and different ways of living, and I try to spend as much time outside, and off my phone, as I can.
-
I care about my health because of what it lets me do, not as something to obsess over.
My goal is to look after mine - and help my clients look after theirs - without it taking over life completely.
-
I love strength training and feeling capable in my body. For me, exercise has always been more about what my body can do than how it looks.
-
One day, I'd love to study acupuncture and add it to the ways I can support my clients.
“I have never felt so healthy, energised, and confident in my body. I’ve built genuine strength, smashed personal fitness goals I never thought possible, and cleared up issues I had accepted as permanent. Lydia’s system works with your body, and I can’t recommend her enough!”
